The Change that Preserved an Important Benefit

Allmark Services, Inc. was formed in March, 1989, by a group of well known independent claims adjusters. The most notable of these was William Brand, Jr. from St. Louis, who had served 27 years as Branch Manager and later Regional Vice President of a major independent adjusting company. Under the leadership of Bill Brand and several colleagues, a new company was formed to preserve the type of claims environment which had been so conducive to their success in the past.

The First Steps of a Successful Journey

The new company, Allmark, began with offices in Milwaukee, Chicago and St. Louis and a total staff of 22. We have since grown to a staff of 50 seasoned employees and have added offices in Kansas City and Springfield, MO; Bloomington, IL; La Crosse / Black River Falls and Fond du Lac, WI. Additionally we have an adjuster in charge in Granite City, IL.

The services we offer have also grown. From our initial offering of primarily casualty business with an emphasis on transportation claims, we now are fully multi-line with each office providing full commercial and heavy fire loss expertise, as well as product liability and inland marine, E & O and fraud investigations. We are committed to the continuing education of our management and staff so we can meet future needs as they arise.

Client Trust Leads to Efficiencies

Several of our clients instruct their policy holders to report claims directly to us. This eliminates delays in handling, and allows us to respond immediately when on-the-scene handling is necessary. We continue to provide that kind of service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in all locations. We are fully computerized, using Audatex for our Auto Estimating software and Estimating Wizard for writing our Fire Appraisals. We are capable of transmitting all reports and photos via the Internet.
