• We will handle each file and report each loss according to your own handling instructions and your timetable.
• We will provide 24 hour a day, 7 day a week service at no additional cost. We will be there when you need us.

On Time

• We will contact all parties involved in the file within 24 hours of the assignment.
• We will acknowledge all assignments per your instruction by e-mail, fax or US mail on the date received.
• we will report initial reserves immediately by phone, e-mail or fax when required.
• We will furnish preliminary typewritten captioned reports within 10 days.
• We will furnish a captioned report of a completed investigation within 30 days of the assignment date.
• We will furnish a captioned status report every 30 days thereafter.
